Place I and Delon as Tentative

[EDIT] reaper -- added to Tentative as requested.
T.M. -- Tobo

I'm in it to win it!
is reloading mags on field ok? its realistic enough in my opinion to aloow that.

[EDIT]reaper -- promoted to confirmed as requested
Tobo, although reloading in the field is realistic soliders will only carry a certain amount of ammo into the field. Standard issue for RMC's and Para's is normaly 9 magazines and then 200 rounds of loose ammo carried in the bergen.

You need to remember that 200 rounds weighs alot! so squads doing raids or other fast deployment mission will normally only take 9 magazines and maybe 1 or 2 extra depending on.

So yes you can reload in the field but your going to need to replicate that load in the field! Big Grin

In the TKO Advanced games we actually encourage reloading in the field by limiting mag/ammo count during the games. Unfortunately not everyone has 100 mags (like FareEast does) so we tend to be a little flexible with those that don't have that many mags. We do limit ammo count to unlimited real count/low caps or 300 max for assault rifles and 1 box/drum mag or 600 max for support weapons.

Many of us actually practice this even in public games and the more casual TKO games by adhering to a self imposed low cap mag policy.

We are still working to finalize the modifiers and such for the day's event but we are trying our best to make this a memorable one.

Lock and load!
Sounds good to me.

Aprt from my 5 locaps and 2 hi-caps for my rifle i will also be bringing my m249 with 1 box mag ( holds 3000 bbs i thnk). Can i fill my box bag up to 200 rnds and then simply add extra 200 when running dry? I dont have an extra boxmag so that is the only way i could reload.
Tohru a.k.a. Spectre signing on. HOOAH!
are we only using A field?
