Is it raining in Chiba? Becasue in Tokyo I havnt seen a drop of rain all morning.
Same here in Yokohama. Very humid and low level cloud base causing mist but no actual rain.

Gents, you can point fingers at the weather all you want, options were provided, the decisions are ultimately yours to make.

it was very unstable weather at saturday in Union
but it wasnt like that much hard rain that I had expected on way coming from tokyo on highway thought looks like it is going to be cancelled
but cleaning arms, and equipment is so tough afterward
Lionel, we at ASTIG.1521 appreciate all your effort in organizing the games and making it really fun everytime. The weather was really unpredictable, if it rained and people came, more disappointment. In my opinion, you did your best and it was an info beyond anyone's control. I just stayed at my brother's home and practised indoor and had fun, there's always a next time.
