Thanks for the game for those who came on Sat, it was a great day, at least until the sandstorm came along towards the end of the day... :?
Don't worry about this round guys, I understand that sometimes there are urgent matters that cannot be avoided, and cancellations happen. However for TKOverKill rented fields, to make things fair we are looking to enforce that cancellations can only be done 3 days in advance so that we can plan around it. If cancellations are made less than 3 days of the game and the number of people go below the minimum count, that we ask those who cancel to make the payment of the original amount agreed upon. Will be looking into posting this info in time for the next game.
Most if not all fields have a minimum rental cost for renting a field and if the number of people who come are too few, the cost per person goes up. So for example at Seals on Saturday the minimum rental was 37500yen for 15 people, so with only 11 people we ended up paying 3500yen per person instead of 2500yen.
