[A little late in but oh well... ^_^]

It was one heckuva great day over at Village-1, I know I'll be looking forward to more of Paths Projects games in the future that's for sure.

A few observations from that day:

Village-1 Field : Great field, right up there with Seals. A good mix of open area and brush areas with a fair amount of undulating terrain tossed in to make things interesting. Does not end up having people fight in the same places all the time. Not the kind of field you wanna go to if it rained the day before, we went after 6mm of precipitation the previous day so it wasn't so bad though the car park was a real mud fest.

Games : More variety than just the usual Capture the Flag; Capture the head terrorist, Hold the fort, Black Hawk Down, First to lose 30 men, 2 teams split to 4 starting points, etc.

Real Cap : Love it, probably improved my game cause it forced me to think about the balance between bullet count and maneuvering the brush. A lot less spray and prey players making it more realistic to engage the enemy.

Players : Friendly bunch, very honorable players, didn't encounter a single
zombie personally.

Mid-day Lunch/Auction : Awesome idea to have people bring items they would like to sell and auction it off during the lunch session, will be running this for TKO games as well.
