Hey guess what, skip Echigoya and head over to Airborne in Shinjuku instead and pick up a woodland marpat BDU for just over ¥5000
Alternatively head to Nakata in Ueno and pick it up for about the same
The BB restrictions seem to be Bio-degradable, 0.20g under 97 m/s or 0.25 with less than 0.87 m/s. I'll get my stuff ready as well, they won't know what hit em
Also, if you have radios, bring them. I just got a cheap (weak as crap) Icom to use for communication with other teams (and because my Icom F40GT hasn't arrived yet) and I'm burning to try it out
ok, pick-up time at Ebisu Station is 07.10 at the taxi roundabout (west exit?). Kaboom, can you make it there? From Akihabara you just get on Yamanote and ride it to Ebisu.

Thanks for the offer of a lift - but it would take me about an hour to get there at that time in the morning! I'm in Tokyo but close to the Chiba border, I think it is easier for me to get a train direct to No.9. However if you are coming off the IC to get to No.9 you should head past Keisei Usui station. You wouldn't be able to drop into Keisei Usui station to pick me up would'ja????
