Not really a modification to a gun but more to allow Green gas to be used in modified GBB's
A few members asked me about this via e-mail so I thought I would share what I have done here. Sorry about the quality of images as these were taken in a hurry before work this morning!
With the hose it makes filling the magazines alot easier than having to turn the gas tank upside down!

will propane work on stock guns? or should it be upgraded?
I heard it varies...so you have to watch out. So far from Redwolf, it seems most Tokyo Marui stock can take green/propane. But I read that Western Arms Shibuya seem to like HFC134a only (stock).
Actualy I would have to disagree with most TM's being able to take Propane gas, In cooler climates there doesn't seem to be any problems but here in Japan with higher temps you'll find that you will need to replace the hammer spring with a harder type.
Also remember that you are putting alot more forces and stress on your weapon with the higher preasures and this can result in damage to the frame. It's not uncommon for TM's to fire the upper slide off the frame after running on prpane for a while. So my advice would be to go for a metal slide.
All KSC guns are able to run on propane as these beleive it or not are actually made in Taiwan and are actually tested on Propane rather than the HFC134a.
Nice find Q but a little pricey..... but hey you don't put regular in a sports car now do ya!

I took a chance and bought 2 bottles :-p. Yeah it's pricey! Strange considering that I've been constantly told you can't buy green gas in small cannisters in Japan. In addition, @ Blackhole, Sun Project was selling Green gas cartridges (and adapters for it's M16 blowback).
Really annoyed now that I can't find Colemans Propane (non Butane mix) anywhere in Japan. Tempted to go and sign up with CostCo just to take a peek.
Cost Co doesn't have them, also most propane tanks are a 90% propane and 10% butane (For the smell). Climbing shops are the best place to hit up as high altitude climbers require tanks with a purer mix of propane but to be honest those tanks are cheaper and easier.
As for Sun Project, those tanks aren't propane, its the same stuff that they carbonate beer with

had the guy from across the road who works fot Tokyu Gas look at them,
