Hi there!
This is a little bit of a long shot but here goes!
While trying to mod my SOPMOD I've manage to break one of the feet off the electric connector on the stock pipe. I believe I did this by not screwing it on fully before putting on the crane stock).
I see that a few of you guys have rewired your SOPMOD and wondered if anyone has this connector going spare? (I'm willing to pay)
Thanks.
Jase

For you Magpul fans out there :
[ Note : This is a 3rd party made part that's made to fit the TM SOPMOD & Carbine EBB M4 ]

attachment=57]Hi guys,
First, the battery had expanded section, then my 9.6v 3600mah sanyo battery inserted, then I inserted all prometeus parts. However prometeus sealing nozzle not compatible. Now I need a piston..
I will share with you the other pictures soon[

Hi can you explain why the sealing nozzle wasnt compatible ? did you fit it the right way up ?
I inserted correctly the Prometeus sealing nozzle. However, in semi shot is not successful. was good at full auto. I wear the old original sealing nozzle and run.
can you compare the two for me, if you compare them youll see on the end of the sopmod sealing nozzle there is a tiny cut out, this cut out has to be facing down to allow the bbs to feed in semi, theres a notch on the tappet plate end to allow it to fit in place "without" any rotation. could you compare the prometheus one to make sure the promy one has both the tappet plate locking mechaism and the cut out to feed in semi..
Has anyone tried fitting the gearbox into a after market metal body for standard AEG's?

You can't. Unless maybe if you have machines to cut a thread on the lower receiver for the buffer tube/blowback unit.
Thanks Hazard
So the lower reciever where the buffer tube is located is the only part you think would need machining?? Sorry if these are dumb questions; Im just curious and like to cut things up, LOL.
You guys are the only forum that seems to be very knowledgeable of TM'S EBB M4 lineup. I've just got a few questions, I recently acquired a TM Socom Carbine (same as TM Sopmod w/out the rail and proprietary battery) and want to imitate Travis Haley's setup from the Magpul DVD. I've got my Magpul MIAD and CTR stock to fit the gun but was wondering if this Larue 11" SBS replica (pictured below) can fit the TM Socom carbine and if the stainless barrel that comes with the larue rail compatible to the gun or does it have to be a TokyoMarui specific outer barrel? Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you! Also will the G&P URX ras and outer barrels fit (as I plan on making a Chris Costa M4 w/another TM Socom Carbine)?

I don't think any of us has tried the Larue SBS rep. One thing for sure though, the outer barrel's different. I don't think you can use the silver outer barrel you have there. The only other question now is the barrel nut threading compatibility. I use the MB DD 9" LiteRail for AEG and that barrel nut was compatible. So I'd -like- to think that you're ok. The upper receiver rail height was also fine.
The front thread of the TM EBB M4 is "AEG type," meaning it's different from WA M4 but the same as other AEGs. My TM EBB M4 has an ACM DD MK18 RAS and the nut threads in with no difficulty (but needs modification as it is too long). You can use any AEG M4 rail system in the market as long as you use the outer barrel that comes with the gun. The only aftermarket outer barrel made for it is by Laylax and is a CQB-R length barrel.
hi guys,
the link to the first factory page about the sopmod's compatibility isn't working for me. I was just wondering which of the gears are compatible with current ver2/3 gears? I think im primary concerned with the bevel, worried my motor isnt set right and something is giong to strip.
thanks!
