Very much looking forward to the next game!

Please do refrain from name calling in the forums. In addition, complaints like these should have been raised directly to the organisers at the game rather than here in the forums. It gives the organisers to act on issue immediately.

Oops, sorry, edited ! Undecided
Awesome game, what a great fun day - thanks Anarchy! Great to meet all the new people too, really enjoyed.

Great pics too!
I agree on the pictures; really fantastic! Makes me want to hurry up and get some camo so people will actually want to take shots OF me instead of just AT me!

Do you have proof that some people using Over Power Rifles at the game? because we should not tolerate that things, I'd like you to know that all players should pass the TEST FIRE at the shooting area (before the game) wherein the Field Staff/Marshall will test your Gun fire power limit to .98 fps and exceeding to that you are not allowed to play, they will put a small red dot seal in the middle of your Gun, which mean your Gun or Rifle pass the test fire power ( it is not a test if your gun is firing or not but they will check the power limit and it's compulsory, and it is an SOP of all the gamefield to check every gun before playing a game. Now if you knew someone who has a High Power Gun or Over Power Rifle, Why you did'nt report it immediately on that day to the Field Staff or to our Moderators. So how come that this person use an Over Power Rifle as you stated, Airsoft in Japan dont allowed to use high power or either Over Power Rifle at the game field. I know Overkill but not Over power rifle. Are you talking about the High Capacity Magazine or High Power Gun. If someone use an Over Power Rifle,I would say you are Overkill then.. he heh. A real rifle has a 1000 fps power that can blow out one's head.

There are some message from our moderator that white team doing a Zombie play. Even i told him to show up that person to settle it's complain, why it can't be settled, they're just complaining and hope your are not one of them. You must be aware if that happened you should next time check this out.
1. You complain that some people did'nt call his/her hit. There are several reason. It might be true he/she did'nt call Hit. However there are some possibility that you never hit them, that's why they did't yell Hit, these are:
2. Did you reload (meaning rotate your lever at the bottom of your High capacity mags after you shoot, because about 1 push of the trigger, about 70 BB's will comes out (depends how many seconds your holding your trigger) when you release it, you should always rotate your lever so the spring will push out the BB's when you touch your trigger again or else you will hear a firing shot but no BB's will come out even your mags has still BB's inside of it.
3. If your using a Low capacity mags, same thing, once you push the trigger all the 70 BB's will came out. although you will hear a firing shot but there's no BB's comes out, should you then change your magazine to a full loaded one. I'd like you to know that most Low capacity mags contains at least 70 BB's in which you should carry at least 9 mags in every game (that makes more or less 600 BB's) as well as you can only carry 2 High capacity mags containing 600 BB's in every game. that's why I have only 1 spare high mags. When your out of BB's your automatically out.

I know you feel so excited on your first Outdoor Game, but unfairness to Who's Who you are addressing to or you like someone be aware of what he/she does. I would suggest next time when you feel uncomfortable you should directly talk to that person or settle it with our moderators or your leaders on the game day. Those who will read your comment might agree or disagree with you, but i would say I will understand you because it happens to me, when it's my 3rd time Events game last year, I just realize I was wrong, the difference is I talk to this guy & question him "Are you sure i did'nt hit you, I was 2 meters close, my gun is firing, how come I did'nt hit you both, instead you hit me" and he emphasize to me, there's No BB's came out to your gun, the problem might be you did not reload your mags everytime you shoot your gun, that guy is Anarchy so from that day I've learned how to use my magazine. My first debut game i would say i judge someone who is Zombie but did not know it's my mistake.
I suppose you got problem with your Hand gun that day as well when you said "Whatever push I do with the trigger no BB's comes out", and I told you whatever Hardcore you push your trigger no wonder Why there's no BB's came out.....Did you realize then that you firing your Handgun with a Safety Cap on it, if not, I always did it.Tongue
It's really fun gaming with you all guys and I've learned a lot that day especially with one mentor Ghost who explained to me what a real gun is and how a real bullet will came out from the real gun. & I'm still learning.
Many thanks to Lionel for organizing this game. Thanks to everyone who join this gameSmile
Guys, take a breather. It(s not all that important.

I was in a team that played another one. Other team told us in a friendly way, with total assurance that we did not call the hits in the close range engagement that wiped them out. It really made me think because we did thought that we wiped them all out before they could even hit us back and we were wondering what they were talking about.

Clearly, we made a mistake (all five of us?) or as "clearly" they made a mistake (all five of them?). That's the freaking part. The sequence and perception of the events with the adrenaline pumping high was 180 degree different. These are people I trust and regularly play with... so I am maybe a "zombie" Big Grin
I know exactly what you mean Tifast, because I KNOW, I was actually killing everyone before they even see me Tongue, like a quite ninja, faster than Chuck Norris, I was like the a Godly breeze, omnipotent yet unseen and destructive... I was A GOD ! Angel

Yeah, but still got shot somehow Big Grin
I had an interesting experience relating to all this "zombie" talk.

2 team members and I wear coming from the Top Right corner down to the Bottom Left. They were behind me, and I saw someone coming up along the path. I crouched behind a wall, and waited, poking out my head to check their movement. They had no idea I was there, and continued to advance. Just as they were about to walk past the wall I was hiding behind (and possibly see me) I stood up and fired off about 5 or 6 rounds (semi auto, low cap mag). The fell behind a tree and returned fire. Wow, how did I miss that dude! The 2 team members behind me said to him "I think he just hit you", and the guy behind the tree yelled out "Really, I didn't feel anything!" and then bolted back down the path away from us. I didn't think it was cool to accuse the guy of being hit right there in the field like that, but I didn't know the 2 guys that called out at him, and to be honest, I did feel like I MUST have hit him.

5 minutes later I am trying to help my medic get to a player that is trapped in a pretty open area. Matters are made worse by an opposing player who has been hit, but is standing about 30 meters from my fallen player, and is walking around in small circles and giving hand signals to his team about our location and movements. We decide we just can't get there under current conditions and start to back out. I turn around and come face to face with 2 opponents. I stand there, looking at them about 10 meters from me. They are just looking at me. I am literally thinking "I am so dead!"

One of them fires of 3 or 4 rounds and I almost call HIT just by instinct, but realize that I haven't felt a hit. I try to move left while returning fire, and then get hit when they fire again. I call hit and sit down...

Then I realize, they probably thought I shrugged of their first burst of shots. It was the exact same situation that I found myself in earlier, just from the opposite perspective. Maybe I did miss that guy, just like those first few shots somehow missed me. Or maybe in the moment, with the adrenaline, I didn't feel it, even though I was pretty much prepared to cal hit even before they fired I was so screwed :-)

At the end of the day though, I think that accusing people of being zombies, or cheating, or whatever, can really hurt a community of players. There were alot of new players at the SEALS game, and I would hate to see that influx of new bodies be less than exciting for the vets..."Oh great, a new group of newbs that aren't gonna call hits." Instead, this is a great opportunity to increase the numbers and get more people to our games.

Instead, maybe we focus our energy on finding ways to improve the game. How do we make it more clear that someone has been hit? How do we make sure we aren't firing at people as they walk off the field? Maybe all first time TKO players sit down for a briefing while the vets get in a first couple games, and then the new players play a game or two on one half while the vets play on the other. After 3 or 4 games, we can mix up the teams...just suggestions.

I thought it was an excellent day, and I discovered some important things about team play, responsibility, and the perception of right and wrong in the field. Instead of "I know I hit that guy" I am going to focus on "how do I get in closer, find a better location, and communicated with my team better."

Looking forward to the next get together, and thanks to everyone that helps make this a community.

group hug anyone :-)

ps.
Who was the lady that came and had pictures taken with the yellow team before a game started, just to realize about 5 minutes later she was taking pictures with the wrong team (she was white or blue). Pretty funny moments there, and I wouldn't mind a copy of the shot of us all pointing our guns at her head and her wondering why her team was treating her like a hostage :-)
Looks like time for me to step in...

1. Aouwra : This is your first and last warning about use of foul language as well as insinuating about zombies and overpowered guns. As Tammy has pointed out you have no proof (nor do anyone else) about the accusations especially about the overpowered guns as everyone had tested their guns at the beginning of the day. I regret to say that if this behaviour continues we will be forced to take stronger action in the future; may it be banning from the forum and/or our private games. We make it clear at the beginning of game day that any complaints should be brought up with the organizer to be handled in an objective and fair manner.

2. Tammy : I hope that you do not take it the wrong way with the issues that were brought up on game day. They were just observations from other parties which were brought up to myself for actioning. Think of it as a good reminder to the way we play; as a form of check and balance. I would welcome feedback openly about the way I play too if anyone has any feedback. Everyone has a unique threshold of how easily they can detect a shot, and it is ultimately up to each and every one to be responsible for calling the hit.

We have received a good amount of feedback and there are indeed items that need to be actioned. Thanks to all for making the most of the day and we will be looking to improve the playing conditions at the next game in every way possible.

Cheers-
Being a Veteran of the game for over 15 years I know for a fact that I have shot at people pretty much at point blank on full auto and missed them. These are toy guns, pretty much 90% of us are untrained in the art of skirmishing and at the end of the day its all just a game. We are lucky that we have a dedicated team organising games for us without reinbursment, without praise and believe it or not they still have to pay to play at the games!

So lets all calm down and see this for what it all is, a game.
Smart word FarEast. On that note, I'm closing this thread. If ppl wish to discuss on zombies/cheaters in a THEORETICAL context, please use the General forum.

P.S. Any one who wants to share photos/movies on this game, PM me with the info/link...I will put it up here on thread.
