I know for sure that Echigoya carries them, and they're located in Shinjuku and Akihabara.

I looked in Echigoya Akihabara and they didn't have any plain Olive.
I don't want that crappy US camo one.

Ah, I see, OD fabric tape....

Hmm, I've never seen that around here, and one reason for that could be that it isn't best for CCD (Concealment, Camouflage, and Decoys).

Can't help you there chief, I can give you a whole plethora of alternatives including teaching you how to ghillie your kit though....

i just wanted it for wrapping around my hand grips for extra grip. and it also good to write on.
Seen it on Ebay but never in Japan. British Army use it a lot.

In Akabane, but reading again you might not like what I have, it is some sort of hunter camo.

I saw in Echigoya the one you may be looking for, the Echigoya close to Akihabara. They actually had a set of multiple colors.

Tried a few searches in Japanese, but to no avail...

There's OD burlap in a couple of places, but I can only guess that you want something adhesive.

Is spraypaint a possible solution here?

Surprise!! My team's buying some quality kit direct from the UK, so I went ahead and ordered myself a 50m roll of OD fabric tape.

I don't know when it'll arrive, but it's been ordered today

I'll sell some of it for 100 yen per meter for those who want it.

Mate do what they actually do .....use Elephant tape (parcel tape for those not in the know) thats what they use to give them the sandy dark earth look

basically the average squadie is not allowed to make any changes to his rifle and the weapon must be returned to the amoury in perfect condition, in winter they use white electrical tape to cover the weapon and alot of squadies in arid areas have used parcel tape to cover the green funiture of the L85A2. When i have some time I will dig out the images for both winter and arrid theaters.... or just have a search on the MOD photographers website..... .

Yeah I've seen those pictures but i don't really want it so much for my weapons (apart from adding extra grip around the m249 hand grip) I want it more for marking kit and lining the rim of my helmet. Apart from that its very useful for other things non-airsoft related.
