My green gas (ET-1000) order from RSOV has finally arrived last week. I had to deal a bit with the people from Customs, but it all went good in the end...
Now, I tested the gas on WA M4A1 and regarding the magazines: after having previously lubed them, some could hold the higher-pressured gas, others could not.
The ones that could, gave me some 115 mps and an incredible blowback + sound (with cheek resting on stock, I found the first shot really loud). After a few shots on semi-auto only, muzzle velocity decreased gradually to around 100 mps, but only fired around 10 shots, so couldn't tell what happens with the last shots out of 50...
Now the magazine that leaked, as I poured the gas in (nozzle down, short bursts) it was instantly coming out from the valve on top. I am thinking of tightening the 2 hexagonal scews on upper side, or even the valve itself... What solutions would I have to reinforce / replace the valve on top of magazine?
I know some internals need modification as well, any advice on that?
