Ycare, we checked with the CQB Irene organisers last week and they "highly" recommend all members of the team wear the same camo. If any members don't then they may have to join another team that's wearing that camo.
I may have a spare MC BDU which I was supposed to lend to Echo19 for CQB Irene 9. I don't know if he still coming to Irene 10 and or if he's bought his own MC BDU yet.

For plastic paint try Tokyuu Hands the DIY heaven. Not sure if they have it but would be surprised if they didn't.
