For Sale 100% Scratch Built AK47-S. This kit is not available in Japan and is made from Real AK47-S parts. This gun is very solid with zero wobble in the skeleton stock. As you can imagine the receiver is 100% CNC machined from 1 piece of steel along with the 1 piece barrel and stamped steel upper receiver.

The internals are built around a Tokyo Marui AK47 gear box but uses Modify piston head, piston, tappet plate, spring, Spring guide and Modular gear set.

Sporting a Madbull Black Python inner barrel and Shark Accelerator nub makes this a long ranged assault rifle with very tight groupings. The Gear box has also been customized to offer the user a Blow Back feature based around the VFC design that can be disengaged.

Finally the gun will come with a set of wooden furniture again also from a real steel AK74-S.

I'm very interested in that ! How's the output, can it be used in Japanese games ? (less than 1 joule ?)
If Yes, then I'll take it !

Never bought from you yet, but everyone says your stuff is usually high quality, so I'll trust the team on that Big Grin
Oh, and what type of battery/where is located ? Thanks ^^
Yes this was built for Japanese Standards so fires under .98 joules. I will PM you with my email address and cell phone number and we can arrange a time and a place to meet up.

SOLD PENDING PAYMENT
It takes a 8.4v or 9.6v Stick battery designed for the AK range.
Pleasure meeting you, thanks for riding out to meet me as it really helped me out....was pushing a tight deadline!

So, FYI, this is just an update from almost a year later, mostly because I played with the AK only two times.

A month ago, the gearbox just broke (shattered, literally) while trying to chrono the gun to compare it to a new acquisition. I didn't drop it nor mishandle it, I'm very careful with my stuff.
Here's what I did in order to fix it:
- Bought a new gearbox casing since I assumed internal were fines.
- Switch trigger system broke during the process (and was in very bad shape already, obviously already taken from an older gun), still not sure how.
- Yesterday I spent another 6 hours rewiring everything with a new switch trigger. Everything went fine until the point of fitting the gearbox in the AK, which is "custom". So custom indeed it was merely impossible to fit the new gearbox (which is similar model of original one of course, not trying to be original here). Once fitted in, I realized it wouldn't work because of too much friction on the selector gears inside the AK.

I genuinely love this gun, well loved, but after sinking about 15,000 Yen in it trying to make it work again, and now realizing I might need to grind some CNC steel in order to make the gearbox fit, probably breaking something in the process again (because of real sharp edges in the AK), I'm really not that keen anymore...

The good news is, I understand completely how a gear box works now and can make one from scratch. The bad news is, it cost me 35,000 Yen.

PS: I'm completely aware we are way past any type of "warranty" or anything similar, but that is just for documentation. Just an FYI if you please.
