BLAM in Shintokorozawa has evening games from Monday to Friday (Thursday is a holiday) that only cost 1,500 yen from 6:00 to midnight, or 1,000 from 9:00 to midnight.

I have gone out a few times, and find that Wednesday has a pretty solid group of people playing. I am going to start going most Wednesday evenings, and can pick 3 people up at Shintokorozawa station at around 8:45. If you need to catch the train home the last one leaves at 11:50, so you can get in a few hours of indoor time after a stressful day :-)

Closest station is Shin-Tokorozawa station on the Seibu-Shinjuku Line. You can get there from Takadanobaba, or from Ikebukuro with a transfer at Tokorozawa. Only walkable if you like to walk, and can walk fast :-)

I can pick up on my way (room for 3) around 8:45 PM at the station. Just PM me sometime during the day to let me know if you wanna come out.
