Its in the sale section and I do beleive you need to have made a certain amount of posts before being able to access those parts of the forums.

I thought that was for posting/selling but viewing U didn't need that criteria?

Once I thought I was going to get one but to importing IR, or NVG device is illegal and strictly prohibited I heard
