or a 9mm blanks and are really loud.

You would need a firearms licence to purchase the rounds and because of this i would assume illegal to use.

Also as they only go BANG i can't really see the point in using them in game..... MadbullAirsoft is producing a Stun grenade that uses a gas and is reusable. 120 dB.

yeah i was interested becasue me and a mate (back in UK ) were talking about Tornado grenades and he said they wouldnt pick up in the UK since most people only care for the sounds of a grenade.

Out here i guess it would'nt go down with the Japan style of play. Since most people would try to dodge every little bb i guess something that just goes bang would have much effect on the gentleman's sportsmanship.

Blank firing grenades really have no use in the sport apart from effects, unless certain rules are in play. I find the pyrotechnic grenades with dried peas were the best, but rather expensive and non reusable...... lots of fun though at the end of a weekend when you need to get rid of them and start lobbing them as fast as you can.

As for the Tornado's with higher preasure gas like CO2 these would be very viable in the UK......

well last time i played in uk everyone knew the rule with thunderflash grenades and blanks. I think it was with 7 feet and no hard cover then you are dead. I agree the pea ones were alot of fun but i kept squashing mine before i got a chance to use them.

Thats funny as they were very big on Arniesairsoft.co.uk 200 page thread about them, but they are relatively new and the press release was a bit to early as distribution hadn't been sorted out at that point.

well anyway. I finally got to use one of the tornadoes the other day and it was really fun. Though the guy who i threw it at didnt realise it was there and didnt call his hit. I know he was in range becasue after he shot me ( i had to get up to throw it and he saw me) I went to retrieve the grenade and it was 2 feet from him. He did look supprised when i picked it up though.

i tried one on the aug 3rd game... it was good but i totally missed the guy, should have lobbed it twenty feet further!
