My kids really enjoyed having people around for the maintenance session. My son, 10, had a great time trying everyones different guns, and he was feeling that sense of pride you get when you are 10 and you get to hang out with the "big boys."
Anyway, it got me to thinking that there are probably a few of us that have families and that running off to airsoft games can SOMETIMES leave our better halves pissed for not spending more time with the family. I wondered if there was a way to combine our love for the sport with quality family time.
Looking on-line I found a camp ground that seems to cater to outdoors enthusiasts and airsoft players. More searching resulted in a few pictures and a camping review. Sounds like they have hiking, biking, canoeing, swimming, and airsoft.
So I wonder if there is any interest in a TKO camp out game. Those of us with families could bring them along to camp and swim, etc, and the games could be somewhat free floating...when you have time come play, when you want to take your son or daughter canoeing take a break, when you want to go on a nice "nature walk" with your loved one leave your kids with me
I would be happy to organize if I could get an idea of how many people might be interested. If we had big numbers maybe I could book a lock out so that it was only our group. Even if you don't have a family you are more than welcome to come.
They have bungalows as well as tent spaces, so if you aren't a big tent fan they can accommodate you as well.
