By "certification" what do you mean?
that the IRF fires a 20g bb at the legal rate or under for that country that you are importing the RIF to. Normally obtain from an Airsoft shop or manufacturer that you purchased it from.

mail your gun in the case disasembled, and if possible mail the barrel seperatly, lable the box toys. I have done this with my g36k 3 times back and forth between the uk and the states. works for me, but I would strongly suggest you not take it on a plane with you.
Did you ever find a case Tobo? As i have mentioned in some other posts I want to do a bit of a winter clean up in here before people start posting all the christmas gifts they got but didn't want
