Ya' know it's a bit sad that I'm more active on Arnies than on my own forums so I better put down some stuff I saw today.

Thanks to Arnie's News (<!-- m -->http://www.arniesairsoft.co.uk/forums/i ... pic=149002<!-- m -->), I decided to go to QRF in Mongkok to check out some new products from Ares. There are 3 new bolties coming up from a pretty much unheard of brand called Ares.

* AMP DSR-1
* PGM mini hecate
* CheyTac Intervention M200

The shop that had samples was called QRF (<!-- m -->http://www.newqrf.com<!-- m -->) and the guy was nice enough to let me take some pics and pics of me too with their new toys.






All were very well constructed with very good finish. The DSR-1 will be availble around mid-August and retail approx less than HKD$5000. The guy told me there will be two versions, one for JP would be 0.9J whilst the HK version would be 1.2J. Unfortunately the grip's for right-handers only.

I didn't touch the PGM but it looked to be quite a gem too.

I have seen some of thier other products before and they are just amazing.

Here's one thing you can find out for us, the guy in QRF mentioned that these ARES weapons will be made available in JP. But any idea who the distributor will be? I'm sure they'll be popular...

Sekito will most probably be the distributor, but they will also probably be double the price!

Yeah baby it's all about the bling the DSR-1 has definitely got the bling.
