I cant get mine to work.

Is there anyone else out there who has bought one of these from rsov.com ?
It's possible they're China replica...
I bought mine first on eBay, and it was Chinese. Looked legit, but few things gave it away, and of course one wasn't working properly on the pair. I sent it back and got refund though I had to pay shipping. Brandon got mine from amazon.com, real Motorola this time, worked perfectly.

How was the manual you got with it ? Chinese first language ?
This is posted under the reviews section of the radio at RSOV. Not sure if it is related...

"CAUTION: This PMR radio works on 409 MHz frequency and is NOT compatible with the international PMR446 standard, neither it can be re-tuned to 446MHz frequency."
The manual is in Chinese only. Looks like this isn't going to work out here. Might see if i can get a refund.
Ooooh, most likely not legit Motorolas... sorry man, try going for full refund with shipping cost.
try and get them from SIngapore.... the Talkabouts are dirt cheap there.
RSOV are useless when it comes to corresponance. I've sent over 3 emails and stating that the Motorola isn't receiving or transmitting and they still think that I am complaining about it not being delivered yet. Hopefully this last email will make it more plain to them.

without having to go there (Singapore) how could i purchase one?
Look for an Ebay store based in Singapore or for an online retailer based there.
