Ok, so i want a faster ROF out of my g36. I have no idea whats on the inside, and i need to break it open to clean it, cheap for wear and tear, and order whatever parts i need to make it awesome again.
anyone able to help? last time i took of these things apart it was badddd results.
Might make most sense to take it into a shop to get fixed if you don't want to deal with the hassle of doing it yourself. I could meet up with you in Tokyo and explain to the shop what you want done if your Japanese is lacking (sorry, I can't remember if you speak Japanese or not). I think I have seen some people talk about grinding off gear teeth to get higher ROF, but there are also gear sets available...
You could also look at

would MUCH rather do it, so if something every happens i know how to take it back apart, and also for maintenance. I know its not too hard, i just want someone that has broken it apart before to walk me through it. Im one of those learn, then if i mess it up pay someone type guys.
I dont mind buying parts, its not a big deal. i like my g36, so if i gotta buy parts, i gotta buy parts
i just dont know what i need, or what is in the gun (got it from ariel like 2 years ago, and have done zero maintenance since)
ahh man, thats cake!!!
i just watched the videos.
so what are a good set of parts to get to make this thing accurate and fast?
If your guns running fine, just slap a 9.6 volt battery in it and go to town. Once something breaks on it then worry about changing parts out. A stock gun on a 9.6 volt battery should last for quite a while. If you want a stupid high rate of fire get a LiPo. but thats just excessive.
As far as standard maintenance goes, a thorough barrel and hop up swab will do wonders for your accurace. Give the externals and optics a wipe down and you'll be all set.
Again, the easiest thing to do is just get a 9.6 volt battery with the highest MAH rating you can find and run it until something breaks. Odds are you'll strip the piston after a long burst.
i know it has an upgraded piston, nozzle, and something other stuff else. it is wired for a butstock battery as well.
In that case you're all set for internals, unless you're looking for one of those STUPIDLY high ROF guns. Just get a 9.6 volt battery and youre set. Dont forget to swab the barrel and hop up.
yeah stupidly high would be fun. remember the whole g36l conversation lol
support weapon
or really i need to get my m249 with a higher ROF for sure
You dont need stupidly high ROF for a support weapon. A 9.6 battery is going to give you some great ROF as it is, you just need to have enough ammo to hold down the trigger and know your piston isnt going to strip. It sounds like you already have that upgrade so all you're missing is the battery.
If you REALLY want to go crazy with it get an 11 volt LiPo, just be careful you dont burn out your motor with a 45 second burst.
haha, i was thinking about a lipo as my battery charger can charge and manage them
