I understand what you are saying Ycare, but as organizer of this game I have to say don't bring non Japanese band radios...if you do anyway, which is essentially breaking the law, then you do so at yor own risk. It's exactly like the guns we are using. Japan imposes a 1J limit, which many people feel is too low, but we don't say "bring your 2J sniper rifle, cause who has evr heard of anyone getting caught?" If this is Japanese law then we have to follow it.
I haven't been able to find amount of rainfal projections, but my sources for tomorrow say cloudy with occasional showers...hoping it's not to heavy. I will make an announcement at 22:00 today and then again tomorrow at 6:00. Really looking forward to this game (new gun!) so really hope we can play.

Yahoo weather reports that there will be about 1~2 mm of rain per hour from this afternoon until tomorrow around 21:00.
With a total of about 6 mm of rain from 9:00~18:00 hours, there will be no option to cancel this game.
Unless something changes this game will be on!
6mm of rain... that's not gonna be so much fun, luckily I have MC rain gear

... will we have a protected rest place for our stuff though ?
If the game is still on, then I'll be there, although the ride won't be really the ideal, I got new tires so I'm less scared of wet road now.

Totally understand, and this is why I won't discuss it further openly, although radios don't hurt anyone, 2J sniper rifles do

Well, the offer for a ride still stands if you need it.
Pretty sure there is a covered spot for gear.
Yahoo Weather forecast link from their website says maximum of 3 mm/h throughout the day tomorrow. Also maximum winds of 6 m/s.
@dstole
You bringing the KJW/TK GBB?
No, probably not. I don't have that many magazines, and they are only 30 rounds, and a huge pain in the a$$ to reload. I think I will use it for real count and milsim style games. I might bring it if people want to take a look at it though? Depends on how much room I have in the car...already have a G36C and an M4 packed in there
IMPORTANT
A reminder to everyone that there are NO RENTALS, NO STORE, etc
Please bring extra BBs, batteries, etc.
If something fails or you run out of supplies there is no place to get more.

Based on that site, the wind is worse. I hope fields would incorporate wind speeds on its cancellation policies. We need nothing more than calm winds to be able to play.
@dstole
I was actually hoping you could bring it so I can try it out. Pretty much on the fence between that and a WE HK416 (for the looks).
I'll be bringing my GHK AK105 so you can feel what a real mans GBB feels like!
Also, I'd highly recommend people purchase a cheap poncho or some waterproofing spray for tomorrow. At the temperature were expecting a wet person can go hypothermic pretty fast, so try to stay dry! On that same note I'd like to highly recommened going even if it is raining! Some of the most fun I've had playing airsoft have been in the pouring rain and snow. The weather plays a big part of how you move/play on the field! I'll be out there unless someone posts here that we are officially canceled.
I'm also bringing my "beat up" camera for pictures, I hope someone else brings one too!
The forecast calls for heavy rain (exceeds 10mm per hour) through the morning(between 9:00a.m. and noon).
The game will be called off on account of rain ?
I'm already packed and ready to roll, so if we cancel I'm going to kawagoe, you guys are more than welcome to join me! Its looking like there might be 1mm of rain throughout the morning at kawagoe and 9 in the afternoon.

I don't want to call it off just yet as the wind is strong and might push it past us. I will take a look at 10:00 tonight and make a final call on the game at 6:00 am tomorrow...I really want to play though!
Sadly the rain seems to be getting worse in the area where we are planning on playing tomorrow. I have consulted with Anarchy, and just called the field contact person. With over 50mm of rain fall forecast over the next 12 hours, I have decided to cancel.
Sorry for the inconvenience. I will try and arrange a public game early March, and hope some of you can make it.
dstole
Shame. Cheers dstole for all th hard work with this one.
