You will need this kind of flute :

what you need:

1. spray paint Flat Black(or any color you want), Tilox Dark Grey(for primer) & Mr. Hobby Flat Coat spray
2. PVC pipe 3/4 inch and 1 inch
3. sandpaper 150 grit , and 600 grit
4. ruler
5. saw
6. Putty mr.hobby
7. duct tape/gaffe tape
8. PVC glue
9. flute body and the end of the flute (not the mouthpiece, the other end)
step 1

cut 3/4' & 1' pipe to your preference. for accurate result, use ruler

sandpaper the ends of the pipe as fine as possible
step 2

put the 3/4 inch pipe inside 1 inch pipe

use gaffe tape/duct tape to fill the gap between (just give some estimation)

take the end of the flute, glue it with super glue to the end of the 3/4 inch pipe
make sure it is properly centered

wait until it's dry

press the flute inside, and glue the circumference of the flute.
make sure it's still properly centered

cut the rest of 3/4 inch pipe

apply putty to fill the gap, wait until it dries, then sandpaper it

sandpaper the highlighted part so that flute body can be inserted inside

Silencer is ready to be painted, but sandpaper it before painting

apply main color, (the author uses flat black) wait until it dries, and if you want to put decals, put it now

the silencer will fit 14 MM rifling ont the outer barrel, just turn anticlockwise on the barrel so the rifling will form itself.
