I want to get a Cavalvy Elite II Tactical Headset form WGC but I am unsure about the ICOM 2-Pin/Kenwood 2-Pin/Motorola 2-Pin part.

What is the best? What do you guys use in terms of radios? Will this be compatable with radios from Japan?

The ICOM dual pin is your best bet. It will work with Japan/overseas ICOM models and overseas Midland model. That way if you ever move out of Japan you can always take your headset with you. Overall best bang for buck.

There is actually a site that lists all the radios and their pin configurations, if I find it will post it up for reference.
