Looks like an interesting premise, following the life of a black ops operator through his career, if what I can tell from the trailer is correct. Treyarch has always been the CoD B-team, but by default they are now the A-team. Let's see if they come move out from the shadow and void left by Infinity Wards implosion.
MW2 was a piece of shit of a game, I could go on an on about how they managed to screw up how good CoD4 was, bit I'm just going to skip it and say I wouldnt hold my breath for this.

I'm not certain of Wraith's taste, but IMHO MW2 blew the pants outta CoD4. I found CoD4 somewhat boring and unexciting in comparison to MW2. I'd rank CoD4 < RB6V2 < MW2. Looking forward to BlackOps.
Bring me someone else who thinks MW2 sucks, I'd love to know if they exist. And for the record I love GOOD pc games too.

Do a google search if you want to find others. MW2 is a kiddy console gamer version of a real FPS. The lack of dedicated servers for the PC, horrid matchmaking and terrible single player were all nails in the coffin.
Gice me Bad Company 2 any day of the week over MW2.
I think Bad Company 2 was a kiddy console game. Still liked it though. MW2 had one of the best story lines I've seen in a game and movie.
Looooooool. BC2 has the Destruction 2.0 engine, with maps six and seven times as large as the Fischer Price My First FPS style MW2 maps. On top of better weapon balance, great gameplay, vehicles and much better graphics MW2 doesnt have much on it. All I can come up with is maybe you haven't actually played multiplayer, I don't know anyone who prefers MW2 over BC2 who's given the multiplayer a shot.
Also, really? MW2 has a god awful story, its one of the big areas even MW2 fanatics admit. BC2 had a fun story line lasting at least twice as long with none of MW2s awful spawn system, which even ruins MP matches. I dont think I've ever been as let down by a single player story as I have been with MW2.
I could go on and on about why MW2 isn't a worthy sequal to CoD4, I really do hope this game exceeds my expectaions.
On that note, do any of you guys play BC2 PC online? If so, lets get some gaming going! Been playing on some Japanese servers, it's quite a bit...different than on american servers.

Well you are right about one thing. I haven't played multilayer on either of these games since I never paid for them. Single player wise though, MW2 wins because as good as BC2's game play is , the story was like something out of an American kids action movie...ie Spykids.
we've been goon'd. I see your point exactly. Like you, I thought that MW2's story line was fantastic and I can't wait for MW3. I never played MW2's multilayer but I know from seeing it that it does't work for me. I am more tactical and believe that BC2's multilayer would better suit me but I haven't tried it and in actual fact I don't think it would be realistic enough for me.
I rarely play vanilla online games as I am more of a mod type gamer. Project Reality is an all time fav of mine. If you are looking for a realistic squad based combat simulator then this is the best thing out there. However, if you are like Ghost and can't play anything that looks older than 2 years then I suggest you wait a few months for Project Reality ARMA2.
